There is nothing like a house whose door when opened, gives you access to the forest, to enjoy nature at an early age. A forest is a child goes through every day in order to know every corner, bird nests, puddles in newts, badgers and burrows where they sometimes named the trees ...
This is the universe in which I grew up, learned and enjoyed Mother Nature, much initiated by my parents! This window on wildlife, quickly captivated me and guiding my steps up studies in ecology and management of natural areas. Then a more professional point of view, as a naturalist guide to the League for the Protection of Birds, where I could pass some of my knowledge and especially store more!
The year 2005 marks a turning point in my life because I go for a winter of fifteen months in Antarctica on the scientific basis Dumont d'Urville in Terre Adélie. There, I am responsible for the study and monitoring of populations of birds and seals. Beyond the great human and scientific adventure, this polar impresses me, charms me, carry me! I discover and savor the sensations never before equaled, I am simply. The shock is such that when I returned I decided to devote myself to those parts cold to continue the survey and especially to make them known. I work now as a tour guide specializing in the polar regions, but also from time to time on other destinations.
It's a bit of that passion of the poles, I want to convey through this site, my pictures and my stories ...
